Valley Resorts wanted a flagship lodge that would set the tone for a limited collection of exclusive bases - something visually striking, luxurious, and built to a specification that would appeal to both private leisure use and high-end rental income.

We worked collaboratively with Valley Resorts to evolve the Luxo into a true centrepiece for St Merryn Park - something that would instantly resonate with buyers seeking premium holiday homes in Cornwall.

The lodge was manufactured using our advanced SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) system. This ensured exceptional energy efficiency, structural integrity and eco-friendly performance - giving Valley Resorts customers confidence that they were investing in a top-tier, future-ready holiday home.
Design-Led Interior and Exterior
Every design decision was made with impact and liveability in mind.
- The open-plan living space benefited from elevated ceilings and additional glazing, creating a bright, spacious social hub.
